Reference: Project: LAC-RS-015: GCF RPSP " Enhancing Climate Finance and Investment in LAC Banking Sector "

 

The Latin American Association of Financial Institutions for Development (ALIDE) invites eligible firms with the required experience to present their expressions of interest to the following current calls for the reference project, and in accordance with the bases and terms reference numbers attached to each consultancy.

Those interested in participating in the calls should send an email expressing their interest to Mr. Ronny Suárez, Project Manager to the e-mail:  readiness@alide.org  indicating the product you wish to apply for.

National Consultant (National Facilitator) by country for the Regional Readiness Project "Enhancing Climate Finance and Investment in LAC Banking Sector". (Individual consulting service).

Regional report and overview on the state of the art of climate finance in Latin America, especially in Argentina, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Paraguay, and Uruguay, and recommendations to improve ambition and investment at scale, at regional and national scales.

Accreditation Gap Assessment and Action Plans for at least 3 entities validated, and guidance document for ESS prepared.

Work Plans for Uruguay, Guatemala and Dominican Republic.

List of prioritized regional / national investment pipeline aligned with GCF country programming and NDC process of participant countries.

At least one framework agreements/ MOUs developed with bank associations and other financial entities represented at the Roundtables on Sustainable Finance.

Regional analysis report about opportunities, impact and perspectives of SPVs, PPP and Green Bonds

Two concept notes for regional bankable projects, prioritizing green resilient economic recovery options to face the post pandemic regional scenario.

Regional training program implemented

including materials, participants and results achieved, including a regional community of practice.
